Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. As a guest, you’ll also have access to the onsite pool, making it easy to cool off and relax between beach outings.

The Sea Turtle Marketplace is just next door with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a Dunkin’ Donuts for your morning coffee. Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund.
