Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this townhouse is steps from Sea Turtle Marketplace with grocery stores, restaurants, and a theater. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away, and Shelter Cove is 2 miles away. As a guest, you’ll also have access to the onsite pool.
Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
