Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet, per night. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. Please park in the space that matches the unit number, and be sure to return the parking passes to the kitchen table at checkout to avoid replacement fees.
Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island, this townhome is next door to the Sea Turtle Marketplace with grocery stores, restaurants, and a Dunkin’ Donuts. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away.
Parties are prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. [SI]
