The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and dining space perfect for family meals. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, providing a perfect setting for gathering together. Additional amenities include central AC, Wi-Fi, smart lock entry, and access to 3 flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. Laundry facilities, a secure housekeeping closet, and a storage unit stocked with beach chairs and toys add convenience to your stay.
The villa is pet-friendly for pets up to 35 lbs, with a $150 fee per pet. Parking passes for up to 2 cars are provided.
Situated in a gated community, the villa is just a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, with complimentary dune buggy transport available in season. Enjoy the community perks, including 5 swimming pools, scenic lagoons for kayaking, 3 golf courses, and tennis/pickleball courts.
Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. A $300 penalty applies for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance.
