My move-in experience at IMT Edgewater apartments has been absolutely exceptional! Elizabeth, the leasing manager, went above and beyond to make the entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. From my first tour to move-in day, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt welcome and informed every step of the way.
The entire leasing office and… maintenance team have been just as friendly and helpful, which made settling into my new apartment a breeze. The community is extremely clean, well-maintained, and has such a safe and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the staff here truly take pride in the property and the resident experience.
