Look elsewhere

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now, and it has gotten worse and worse every month. Since the day I signed my lease I was promised that they were working on getting our gates up and running so that our community would be safer. Three years later and they are still broken with no signs of even attempting to fix them. We also pay for our trash to picked up Sunday-Thursday. I would say that on a good week it gets picked up 4 times which means our trash sits outside all night and then… we are expected to bring it back inside or receive a fine. This is most likely what leads to my next complaint: bugs. There is 0 preventative measures in place to prevent bug infestations which means that you are responsible for spraying your own apartment as well as lay out traps when it does become a problem (because it will). I will not be renewing my lease again and strongly urge you to look at other properties in this area before living here.

LOVE, LOVE, DOUBLE LOVE

Harborstone is an AMAZING apartment complex! Adriana has been helpful every step of the way. I moved from Connecticut and every time I called and tried to get everything situated while still living in a different state Adriana was always so nice and helpful! She has been friendly and helpful from day one to now and I have lived here for 8 months. The amenities are amazing. I love going down to grill, laying by the beautiful resort style pool, and utilizing the car washing station. I especially… love that our gym is 24/7, with my crazy work hours, it’s so nice to come home and still be able to use the gym no matter the time. And don’t even get me started on the inside of the apartment…. Absolutely beautiful! I love the luxury of the granite countertops and the beautiful appliances. The shower has to be my favorite with the huge tub to soak in after a long day and the fancy shower head with multiple places for the water to come out from. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone (and I have! (; ) If you want the feeling of a luxury resort with a positive, responsive, and friendly staff I recommend Harborstone apartments!

Excited new move ins!

Hello! Me and my roommates are planing on moving into harbor stone sometime next week, and this process has been such a breeze because of Ashley. She’s been so helpful every step of the way, helping in anyway she can. I’d also like to add these apartments are absolutely beautiful (with very updated modern appliances & showers. Also having loads of amenities for the everyone) and the community seems wonderful.

Nice Place to Live

These apartments are a good size with high ceilings and they have nice finishings such as stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I enjoy our luxurious shower with an oversized bathtub as well. I like that you can make rent payments online and that they have a valet trash service that picks up your trash each night. Additionally I have had good experiences with the management and front desk.

WOW OH WOW!

We never thought that we would or could afford to live in such a beautiful luxury home, but we do! Ms. Selena was so very helpful & still is! The whole staff is wonderful & caring! But our home is just beautiful & exciting to live in! If you are looking for a luxury home, then look no further than Harbourstone like we did! Oh yes, Welcome Home!
