It was a very bad experience It was moldy and the sidewalks were covered with both black and green mold. Everything worked well, i had pneumonia and bronchitis as l am allergic to mold. Was told to put bleach down drain for mold smell. Gutters were full most of time from the wooded area .

REDWOOD LIVING

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. The grounds are impeccably maintained , and the neighborhood is quite also in a great location .
