The Lakes at Plantation Pines is conveniently located to numerous golf courses, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, fishing, and the pristine beaches of the South Carolina coast. Deposit of one month's rent and first month's rent due at lease signing. Must have excellent rental history and references and verifiable income. Dogs and cats are considered on a case-by-case basis with a non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet with a maximum of two pets. Security deposit ($2000) and first month's rent ($2,000) due at lease signing. Income must be 3x rent. Credit and criminal history checks are conducted for all adult applicants. Must have good credit history and record of on-time rental payments. All adults must co-apply, and all occupants must be listed on the rental agreement. No sub-leasing allowed. Rent includes internet access, trash pickup, and access to a large community pool and picnic area. Renters pay for water and electric separately. Renters must agree to comply with HOA rules and regulations. Renter must obtain renters' insurance before moving in. There is no street parking (space for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway). No smoking or vaping allowed inside the house. The renter takes care of lawn. Available August 2025.
