Overall, we are very pleased with ABH. The front office team and maintenance staff are excellent. In addition, all the residents we have met are extremely friendly, and having a dog park in the complex has provided us with a convenient place to meet our neighbors who share a love for our four-legged friends.

Atlantic Beach House is the perfect location for anyone looking to be close to the beach, prefers new construction and amenities, and has a dog. The maintenance team keeps this place dialed and makes you want to brag about where you live. Could not be more stoked on our experience here and am happy we decided on Atlantic Beach House.

I love living here. The common spaces are clean and beautiful, as is the pool. The landscaping is lovely. We receive great communication from the leasing office and any problems I’ve had were resolved quickly. It is a quiet, comfortable place to live.
