Great apartment. Friendly neighbors. Love that my dog has plenty of other pets to socialize with. Staff is friendly and helpful. No issues moving in and the space is very nice.

A nice property, well maintained and mostly quiet the ladies in the office are very helpful. I believe I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years since the property opened.

Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. We moved from another state and the transition has been made smoother by the staff at the Atlantic Beach House. It was easy to borrow a hand truck with made move in day much easier. Each one of our questions was answered in helpful and professional manner. Parking has not been an issue at all and other tenants have been very helpful in our transitions. We have already taken advantage of the amenities offered, including the the poll and fitness... center.
