Location is perfect being right next to the bridge. Short walk to coffee, Battery Soccer games, USS Yorktown, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Approximately 15min to the beach and 10 minutes to downtown Charleston.

Layout of the apartment is beautifully designed. Thick walls that minimizes noise.

Management is great, work requests are completed VERY quickly.
Great community with great perks and amenities.

I have resigned twice now!

Not only is the facility full of friendly people the grounds, buildings and parking areas are top notch. The front office looks out for us and seemingly all the residents here. You have as much privacy or socialization as you want. It's a great place to live!

We've called Bridgeside at Patriots Point our home-away-from-home for many years, and it keeps earning that loyalty. The staff go above and beyond, and the grounds are always kept to an exceptionally high standard. Add in an unbeatable location just minutes from everything Mt. Pleasant and Charleston have to offer, and it's the perfect base whenever work or family brings us into town.
