The place to be

I am a long time renter of apartments, having rented most of my life. The staff both in the office and the maintenance team are AMAZING. They treat you like family versus a job. I love that they know each persons name, proving that we are not just a $$ signs, but a community!

Quiet Community

I have called CSW home for over a year now. It is central to anywhere in Charleston. That alone is great, but the community really fosters a feeling of community. The resident events are fun and the pool is a great place to meet your neighbors. I look forward to staying here for another lease term.

Perfect location

Spacious One Bedroom

I have lived in my one bedroom for over a year and it is the largest one bedroom I have ever lived in. The windows and open floorplan allow for so much light! The area is so cute and has a lot of activity and it is easy to feel comfortable.

Great place to live

I have loved living here so far! The maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. I feel safe living here and the location is perfect. Not too far from downtown or the beach! The gym is not the most up-to-date but the pool in the summer is great. There are so many events to go to with food trucks and a chance to meet other residents. I would definitely recommend living here.
