Overall, amazing experience from application process to moving in with a sweet welcome note and goodies waiting for us. Very clean, new, and resort-like feeling all around. Close to many shops, boutiques, restaurants and stores. Beach is so close, too (my fav!). Excited to call this place home while we look for our next beautiful home in Mt. P. ?¨

Our experience has been absolutely wonderful. From the management to the resident, everyone is so nice here. The manager has been so helpful from start to finish. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. All of our shopping needs are just down the road. I think we’ll be here for a long time.
