The Grove at Carolina Park Apartments

New management came in and immediately started changing policies and raising rent, not a great look. They’re also inconsistent and feel discriminatory when it comes to lease flexibility, it’s unfair and honestly ridiculous. Construction across the street for Cape Landing is constant, loud, and covers everything in dust. On top of that, there’s dog poop all over the property. Overall, it’s gone downhill fast.

I used to love the grove! I’ve lived here for 6.5 years with amazing neighbors, great office staff and an even better maintenance crew. Literally within the last few months this community has gone done hill! Rent is at all time high, a “dog friendly community” is promoted and now dog poop is left all over the property, smokers are not held accountable for smoking in their homes and down the breezes ways (which is against community policy) leaving cigarette smoking lingering up and down the... enclosed walk ways. Trash bags are left in the hall and not properly placed in the valet bins.
The only thing that has changed is the front office staff. I don’t find it coincidental that the change over has caused their rude attitudes and incredibly unpleasant experience. I’m even wondering if their dress code has changed after encountering a new office member with a mid cut belly shirt and belly button ring fully exposed…incredibly unprofessional.
Very disappointing after being a loyal resident for 6.5 years with increasing rent yearly and watching other management teams come and go flawlessly and professionally!

I love living here and the surrounding community is amazing. The groves management is super professional and create a safe and fun community to reside in!

Good place to live. Very clean and well put together. I would reckoned anyone to live here. Salt water pool and gym are a big hitter. Awesome community!

Our tour was phenomenal! We were guided by Lauren and she was quick to answer every question we had! Our top priorities were safety and location and the Grove checked off both those boxes and more. Management were kind, personable and professional, and easy to work with! The complex was very well maintained, and we left impressed with everything!
