The Grove at Carolina Park Apartments

Love it so far. Wish they had recycling. Beautiful area and community near shopping. Nice pool. Everyone seems very friendly. Staff have been helpful.

my experience at the Grov has been wonderful. I love my home. I am going on three years now.. the community is really kind lots of beautiful dogs great pool area with a bit of nature from the geese to the turtles. The property stays very clean I find and if you have a complaint, they do everything they can to fix the problem. The staff is amazing. I really don’t have any complaints. I’m mixture of people that live here which is nice.

New management came in and immediately started changing policies and raising rent, not a great look. They’re also inconsistent and feel discriminatory when it comes to lease flexibility, it’s unfair and honestly ridiculous. Construction across the street for Cape Landing is constant, loud, and covers everything in dust. On top of that, there’s dog poop all over the property. Overall, it’s gone downhill fast.

I used to love the grove! I’ve lived here for 6.5 years with amazing neighbors, great office staff and an even better maintenance crew. Literally within the last few months this community has gone done hill! Rent is at all time high, a “dog friendly community” is promoted and now dog poop is left all over the property, smokers are not held accountable for smoking in their homes and down the breezes ways (which is against community policy) leaving cigarette smoking lingering up and down the... enclosed walk ways. Trash bags are left in the hall and not properly placed in the valet bins.
The only thing that has changed is the front office staff. I don’t find it coincidental that the change over has caused their rude attitudes and incredibly unpleasant experience. I’m even wondering if their dress code has changed after encountering a new office member with a mid cut belly shirt and belly button ring fully exposed…incredibly unprofessional.
Very disappointing after being a loyal resident for 6.5 years with increasing rent yearly and watching other management teams come and go flawlessly and professionally!
