Unfortunately, my move-in experience has been very disappointing so far. I reported several issues shortly after moving in, including the front door not being properly sealed at the bottom with a gap large enough to fit my finger underneath, a leak involving the neighboring unit’s shower, paint left on the bathroom floor, a flickering closet light, a very squeaky door, and not having a trash can. The utility room was also left open and unlocked, and I was never given confirmation that the… maintenance work there was actually completed.

These concerns were reported to management, but as of now, the issues still have not been resolved. For a new resident, this is frustrating because I expected the apartment to be fully inspected and ready before move-in. I would really like management to take these concerns seriously, communicate better, and have the outstanding maintenance issues corrected as soon as possible. I’m willing to update my review if the situation is properly addressed.

Pros: I am happy with the apartment. I find the Leasing Staff friendly & helpful; the Maintenance staff responsive & knowledgeable.

Cons: Not happy that the elevator has been down going into the third week now. Don't understand why it is taking Otis Elevator SO LONG to get the needed piece of equipment in. This is a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE for residents like myself who have a leg/foot disability.

My experience thus far has been great. My only complaints are the trash debris, stains, & odors in the breezeways in which I understand residents contribute to the up keeping of this. I also wish community events were held sometimes on the weekends for residents who work full time jobs during the week to also enjoy.
