This is a great apartment at the Mt pleasant area. The front staff Macy welcomed and helped us a lot. The location and staff are excellent.

In the 4 years I’ve lived here the quality has consistently gone down while rent has consistently gone up. Worst management I have ever experienced in my life. No free and convenient parking (they have about a million “retail spaces” that sit empty 24 hours a day and they will not hesitate to tow if you ever deign to use one). This is not a luxury building, and it’s just getting trashier by the day. Everyone I know has fled this building in the past year and I can’t wait to follow.

Living at The Boulevard has been great. The location is unmatched. This is by far the best maintenance staff I've ever had at any apartment complex I've lived in. They are timely, even for after hours emergencies. The leasing staff are easily accessible if needed. I have never felt unsafe on the property no matter time of day which is a huge comfort to me. I'd recommend this complex to anyone looking to relocate to the area.
