It can be rented by itself or... with the "A" unit for added space and privacy. The unit comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, or 10 if both sides are reserved. Unit B, fully remodeled in late 2024/early 2025, features a primary suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and private en-suite bath. The open-plan living room includes plush leather recliners with USB outlets, a 65" smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops and dining and bar seating for up to 4. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds, along with a second bathroom, provide ample space for the family. The large deck out back is perfect for morning coffee or happy hour after beach time.
To enhance your stay, we offer optional super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available for rent through your Guest Portal at the time of booking. Linens for all beds, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and two laundry and dish pods are included with the cleaning fee. Please bring your own pool and beach towels. Tax is not included in nightly rates.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it's away from the noise and bustle of more crowded properties closer to the beach. Garden City Beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and laid-back pace of life, making it a favorite annual getaway for many guests.
