Probably the best community I have lived in. There are always a few bumps along the way, but here there are fast maintenance, friendly knowledgeable staff that take smooth out any bump. Could not be happier and enjoy all the amenities.

I am very pleased since our hall floors have been done. What a difference it makes. I love it here I have a beautiful view and management is very nice and easy to deal with and the only thing is sometimes when I want coffee there’s no cups or the cold pressed coffee out but other than that I have a 17 month lease. I’m very happy for.

I have enjoyed living at the Lively Murrells Inlet for about two and one-half years and just renewed my lease. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and the new management team addresses situations as they may arise. The amenities are first class well maintained. I am looking forward to a summer of relaxation poolside.
