Lively Grande Dunes

I’ve lived at The Lively Grande Dunes for the last three years and to be honest if it weren’t for the location I would have moved out a long time ago.
The staff turnover rate is very high and we’ve been through three or four different property management companies over the last few years. There is a huge issue with lack of communication/response from the leasing office.
The amenities we pay for every month are not well maintained. The dog park is filled entirely with sharp gravel, the car wash… hose/nozzle is always broken, the pet wash leaks everywhere, the pool is frequently closed, the package room is a nightmare, and there are fire ant mounds and dog poop everywhere. It also frequently smells of marijuana outside.
The fire alarms have gone off in multiple different buildings several times. They will go off in the middle of the night for absolutely no reason at all and this has been an ongoing issue the entire time I’ve lived here.
Parking is also an issue, cars are taking up multiple parking spaces and rvs, trailers, boats, busses and other large vehicles are being stored in the parking lot by the dog park.
Many of our neighbors complain about mold, pests, noise issues, valet trash issues, etc and people are constantly moving out.
The only positive things I can say about this place is the area is very nice, it is close to the beach and the maintenance team is very friendly. Read More

It's been a very good year here at The LIvely but the minor issues were quite visible.
Minor gym issues with machines going down for weeks and most recently the extensive water damage. The POOL with sand coming up from busted piping makes me wonder what else came up in the water with the sand. Electric chargering station laying on the parking lot floor. Again minor things that I know maintenance is on top of it because they're very good here. Once everything is fixed they'll be GREAT again

I like the location and the apartment is great. People are friendly and the staff is amazing.. always so welcoming. Some days are quiet and very few days it’s reminds you of what apartments are like. At the end of the day when I went apartment hunting I fell in love with these apartments. Something about it just screamed this is the one..

Used to be great, but now we no longer have events. The cold brew is down, the swing next to the fire place is taken down, the fireplace didn’t work last winter, one of the cpus in the lobby has no keyboard, etc. I appreciate them putting new TVs in the cabanas but we still can’t use them. Besides the fact of amenities, the staff is incredibly lovely to deal with.
