It's just 1.5 miles to the closest beach access. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are only 15 minutes north, and Murrells Inlet is 15 minutes south. The property is conveniently situated between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and amenities. Grocery stores, Target, and Walmart are within a 10-minute drive.
Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 7 AM. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Events are not allowed. Guests must be 25 or older to book. Checkout is at 10 AM. Please treat the home and grounds with respect. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the trashcans provided on the sides of the buildings.
