This condo includes a full eat-in kitchen with dining for 7 and a comfortable living room. The downstairs primary suite has an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Linens, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided. The kitchen is equipped with essential supplies like a roll of paper towels, hand soaps, 2 dishwasher pods, and 2 laundry pods. The bathrooms are stocked with two rolls of toilet paper each. A dryer and charcoal grills are available for guest use.
A rental car is recommended. Uber is available but can be limited at times and will get you to the property for between $25-$30.

Some favorite restaurants like the Wooden Spoon, Surfside Pizza, The Bar-B-Q House, and Johnny D's Waffles are right around the corner. There are additional restaurants and great shopping destinations in the Market Common.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level. Check-in time is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
