Quiet, everyone seems to mind their own business. Very close to the beach less than a five minute walk so you can’t really beat it. The maintenance guy and his wife are wonderful and very helpful.

I love living here it's nice and quiet and nobody bothers you the people in the office are nice and kind and the dog park is fun for the dogs

Everyone around my apartment is friendly and and helpful. Thanks to everyone around the complex for being there for each other. The staff is still a little difficult to reach and response times for maintenance is a little slow and vague instructions and explanations are given to responding maintenance personnel but overall there has been improvement.
