I’ve been here for 6 years and it’s a wonderful place to live! Grounds are meticulous. Maintenance team is wonderful and they respond very quickly. Love the pool area- feels like a resort!

The Veranda at Market Common has been my home for quite sometime. It’s such a wonderful place to live. I love how they are so involved with the community and always show up. The maintenance is always on top of it. There amenities include a pool, gym, car care center and a dog park. What more do you need. If you are thinking about moving to the area I highly recommend The Veranda at Market Common. You won’t regret it!

Staff, Maintenance are amazing. The grounds here are well kept, clean, beautiful and inviting. We have lived here now for almost a year, and im happy we took our time to find the veranda. Any issues and/or concerns are always addressed promptly. The staff hold events each and every month and it's a really cool experience....plus you get to meet your neighbors. Our furbabies are welcomed, and infact the staff celebrate all furbabies that live here. You will not be disappointed living here!!!... Thanks veranda for all yall do for us residents.

Lived here from July of 2024 to July 2025 and honestly no complaints! Only reason I am moving from it is to be back home with family. Never once had any appliances break down the only time I ever needed maintenance was just to paint over a small spot under my sink. Staff is also great and responsive!
