Best Apartment complex by far!

This apartments office staff is so nice and endearing. We have a 3 year old and a golden retriever and they all treat us like family. Maintenance guys are always very punctual and get the job done. Everyone in our building is amazing and I’m sure the rest of the residents are as well!

Simply Amazing!

Living at The Veranda has been such a wonderful experience. The grounds are kept immaculate and the amenities really make you feel like you're living on a resort. The ladies in the office are nothing short of outstanding- each and every one of them are caring, responsive and always a joy to chat with. Maintenance is always quick to respond and there are always fun events going on. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Wonderful place to live!

I’ve been here for 6 years and it’s a wonderful place to live! Grounds are meticulous. Maintenance team is wonderful and they respond very quickly. Love the pool area- feels like a resort!

Great place to live!!!

The Veranda at Market Common has been my home for quite sometime. It’s such a wonderful place to live. I love how they are so involved with the community and always show up. The maintenance is always on top of it. There amenities include a pool, gym, car care center and a dog park. What more do you need. If you are thinking about moving to the area I highly recommend The Veranda at Market Common. You won’t regret it!
