A beautiful complex with the best maintenance crew in town!
When relocating, we chose Monument at Ocean Main over the other new complex in town because they included a washer and dryer in every unit, a must have. I’m happy to say they have far exceeded our expectations!
The office staff is friendly and has been wonderfully responsive to all our questions. If they didn’t have an answer immediately, they always got back to us within the same day.
The units are beautiful and pristine. Being new construction, there have been a few minor issues, but enter… Monument’s stellar maintenance crew! Not only do they respond amazingly fast, but their work is high quality!!! No worries here with the best maintenance crew in town. Jeff warmly welcomed us on our first day. Not only did he tell us lots about the units and complex amenities, but he’s also shared his local knowledge of the area’s hidden gems.
The complex is beautiful. The website photos provide an accurate representation, and the amenities are spot-on for our lifestyle, so we are not overpaying for things we won’t use.
