The apartment i toured was very nice, i love the kitchen. The grounds look well kept up. I am definitely going to enjoy living here. I spoke to a resident while I was walking around the community who told me that alot of things have changed for the good since the new manager started. That's good news

The level of crime here is absolutely insane, car break-ins happen all the time and they will turn a blind eye and do nothing to stop it. My car got broken into along with 2 other people’s cars, and they lied about the “security cameras not working” so we couldn’t turn in any evidence to the police. When the police tell you they come here “all the time” because of break-ins, you KNOW it’s bad. And they will charge you with a $350 administrative fee or $350 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee, and they will… continue to raise their rent every year as long as people put up with it.
