Our experience wasn't all that bad until we moved out. We moved out at the end of September and were prorated for September. We paid for September at the end of August. At the end of September, we received an email saying that we owed more money for September and the 1st of October. A week later, we got an email stating that we owed even more money for damage fees. They said that they had to replace the carpet because of "strong pet odor." If I had to guess, they probably say that to everyone... who has dogs in their apartment. Who knows if they actually replaced the carpet.
We started contacting them about this issue when we received the first email about the delinquency on September 30, 2025. Since then, we have called 12 times and have either been told that the manager is unavailable or that she is still looking over our account and hasn't reached a decision yet. We were told multiple times that the apartment staff would reach out with their decision. They never did. They called once and left a voicemail because they called us at 7:16 PM, when we weren't available. Management is impossible to get in contact with and will not help, even if you do get in contact with them.
They never resolved the issue and turned our account over to collections, who called us to bully and threaten us into paying the balance.
Moral of the story, they are never available and don't care about anything but money :/
