Great place to live

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff are all nice and when you have a problem with something breaking they actually show up and fix it. Salix has been a huge help in the office and follows up. Would recommend this place for sure.

Granite Countertops

I was very excited to see granite countertops in the apartment. Salix showed us a few so we could decide what we liked best. They have 1 and 2 bedrooms w big walk in closets.

Love living here

I've lived here for 2 years now, and moved in before new management took over. The old owners had given up on it and let things fall apart. The pools were closed all last summer because they couldn't put the money in to fix them. Once the new owners came in, they got right on with improving things and continue to do so. They listen to the residents and are working hard to make sure the community is happy. Fixing the pools, putting new roofs on, and even expanding the dog park by about double.... This company is doing the most.

I love the Preserve

I have lived here two years and the staff, amenities and my apartment are wonderful. It is always nice to come home to a wonderful group of neighbors ! The Maintenance guys are also responsive, knowledgable and nice

Service is wonderful!

Since moving into the preserve, I have had 2 issues that were resolved much better/faster than other complexes where I have lived. I needed my mailbox key switched, and it was done the next day. I had a small wasp nest outside my balcony. Within 30 minutes of notifying the office, maintenance was knocking at my door.
I love living here and I know I can rely on the office staff! Especially Kade!
