Do NOT live here!

Our experience wasn't all that bad until we moved out. We moved out at the end of September and were prorated for September. We paid for September at the end of August. At the end of September, we received an email saying that we owed more money for September and the 1st of October. A week later, we got an email stating that we owed even more money for damage fees. They said that they had to replace the carpet because of "strong pet odor." If I had to guess, they probably say that to everyone... who has dogs in their apartment. Who knows if they actually replaced the carpet.
We started contacting them about this issue when we received the first email about the delinquency on September 30, 2025. Since then, we have called 12 times and have either been told that the manager is unavailable or that she is still looking over our account and hasn't reached a decision yet. We were told multiple times that the apartment staff would reach out with their decision. They never did. They called once and left a voicemail because they called us at 7:16 PM, when we weren't available. Management is impossible to get in contact with and will not help, even if you do get in contact with them.
They never resolved the issue and turned our account over to collections, who called us to bully and threaten us into paying the balance.
Moral of the story, they are never available and don't care about anything but money :/

Office staff was very friendly and professional

Property is beautiful, well kept grounds and appears to be be very well maintained I had a great experience and hope to make this my home.

Great place to live

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff are all nice and when you have a problem with something breaking they actually show up and fix it. Salix has been a huge help in the office and follows up. Would recommend this place for sure.

Granite Countertops

I was very excited to see granite countertops in the apartment. Salix showed us a few so we could decide what we liked best. They have 1 and 2 bedrooms w big walk in closets.

Love living here

I've lived here for 2 years now, and moved in before new management took over. The old owners had given up on it and let things fall apart. The pools were closed all last summer because they couldn't put the money in to fix them. Once the new owners came in, they got right on with improving things and continue to do so. They listen to the residents and are working hard to make sure the community is happy. Fixing the pools, putting new roofs on, and even expanding the dog park by about double.... This company is doing the most.
