Spacious but needs better pest control

I've been in my apartment for about 4 months now. My 2 bedroom is very spacious and I love the room, but they need better pest control. I've never had roaches before, but I find them sporadically in my apartment over the past 4 months. The kitchen could also use some upgrades. Other than that, I think the apartments are fairly priced, but I will be moving when my lease is up next year because I do not like bugs (especially roaches!) at all.

Each week, one building is pre-selected and notified that pest control will enter their apartment to provide preventative maintenance care... . If your building is not the pre-selected building for preventative maintenance for the week, you are still encouraged to request a preventative service. To select pest control, you can submit a service request or an amenity reservation through your Active Building portal or contact the office.
