Pepper Ridge Apartments
The area is not too bad, with the shopping areas close by and great food places. The apartments themselves are in awful condition trust me I know. The property manager is really more on the rude side and only cares about how many apartments are rented out. Trying to talk to her to prove a point will take you nowhere. If you are considering this apartment complex steer clear from here and move somewhere else you’ll thank me later.

Over priced.
Over priced apts that is 38 years old with outdated appliances and consistent water leaks in apts. Management needs to do a better job with customer service. This property don't give the best bang for your bucks. Also ANYONE can move in there as long as they have some income from ANYWHERE.

OVERPRICED
I would like to restate that it is not just "expensive" it is overpriced. This apartment complex is falling apart. There is an extremely evident insect infestation that they are battling (and losing). My apartment was covered in ants and they say that the ants are "just looking for food and water". There is a leak through my kitchen ceiling that cannot be fixed because they cant find the source. These apartments are patched together and just barely hanging on. The only thing these apartments... have going for them is their location.

This year alone we replaced landscaping, painted the breezeways and next we... will repair the parking lot. We value you as a resident and would like to discuss this further. Pepper Ridge Apartments
This complex is in a great location, I've lived here for 41/2 years.It has everything you can ever need. It has the usual, such as, swimming pool, exercise room, a great staff.I love the fact that it's right in the heart of everything. Great restaurants, shopping centers, sporting events. Oh yes, 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC. Home of The Carolina Panthers.
