The entertaining area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool, featuring a new area rug, a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large screen smart TV, a vintage record player, a separate desk space, and ample lighting. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed with a new mattress, ample closet and dresser space, his and her sinks, and an en-suite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, blackout curtains, ample soft lighting, a bone inlay accent table, and a comfortable chair. The guest bedroom also features a king-size bed and a bathroom off the hallway that connects to this bedroom, allowing it to be converted into an en-suite bathroom. The laundry area off the main hallway includes a full-size washer and dryer, and a large blow-up mattress is stored here for additional guests who may wish to stay in the living room area.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Parking is available in the dual carport and driveway, making packing and unpacking a breeze, with ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf for $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included.
