Do Not Live Here!

Awful place to live. Got charged $600 for damages I didn't cause, and they forced me to pay it. Do not live here! There is so much new housing at Clemson, live somewhere else!

We are unable to locate anyone by this username in our records, so we can't verify the details described in this review.

What we can share is… that all residents go through the same move-out process. Final account statements are mailed after move-out, and residents who disagree with charges have the opportunity to submit a dispute for review. Those reviews are based on the move-out inspection, photos, and documentation collected during the turnover process to ensure all residents are treated fairly and consistently.

While we understand that not everyone will agree with the outcome, we strive to apply the same standards and procedures to every resident.

Amazing Community

Epoch Clemson is the perfect place to live if you’re looking for a tranquil, quiet environment with the convenience of being located minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and Clemson University. I have lived at Epoch for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it. The private shuttle is extremely convenient, and the tons of community events that are hosted every month really help bring the residents together. The staff is super helpful with any issues that need to be resolved, and the… maintenance team is super efficient and polite!
