Pretty good. Everyone is very helpful. The house is very spacious, and upon arrival, was throughly cleaned. I have had a few problems here and there, mainly with the air just not working.

The property is well maintained. Everybody is so nice and very helpful. There is a lot to do. I like the study room options in the club house for when I don't feel like going to the library or sitting in my apartment.

I love the pier and everyone is so nice, but my incentives were late and it made figuring out financial things more complicated. They do try to accommodate which is appreciated.
