Northside Townhomes – Where You Feel Truly Welcomed
Northside Townhome Community offers not only beautifully designed homes but also a truly supportive and caring leasing experience. From our initial tour and lease signing to move-in day, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Our home was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The maintenance team is top-class, and every interaction we’ve had with Brooke has been incredibly positive — her communication and professionalism are outstanding. Highly recommend!

Spacious
We loved living here. It was quiet, close to everything. We had plenty of space and was extremely reasonable in price. We would have stayed there longer if we didn’t have to move. Our dog had plenty of space to run around inside and outside.

Spacious 3 bedroom +Great location downtown Spartanburg
I have been a resident at the townhomes for 2 years now and enjoy living here. My townhome offers so much space and i absolutely love im able to park in my own garage. I have dealt with both Kelli and now Brooke both managers were so sweet and always very personable and attentive to us residents. Cory the maintenance supervisor is great as well. The community is not huge but modern and cozy and a great location right on the outer part of downtown Spartanburg , not far from Morgan square with... all the restaurants.

Beautiful place they did a wonderful job everything looks good from the first floor to the third floor from the outside to the inside very nice
