Staff is really going above and beyond.

Timbercreek has really improved in the last 6 months. Brooks is really awesome and Crystal too. The maintenance guys work quickly to ensure the property keeps looking great.

Love this Place

I just recently moved into Timber Creek, and I love my new apartment. It has so much space and perfect layout for my son and I. I can't wait to swim this summer!

A roach motel would be an upgrade!!

This place is disgusting! It will seem like the roaches are paying rent considering they are everywhere in the apartment. Susan is the only saving grace she tries so hard but as long as the corporate guys are there this place will always be in shambles. Avoid subjecting yourself to this place unless you work for a bug research lab.

Location and amenities

Love this location. Surrounded by restaurants, mall, car wash, and salons. It has a very nice atmosphere and quiet. Upon visiting the management office I was greeted with a smile and had a nice tour. Pool was nice and my daughter loves that. I would definitely recommend this property.
