Excellent service, Tanya the G.O.A.T

I have just moved in here and already the service has been nothing but exceptional. There were a couple of complications getting in, however, Tanya and the entire Leasing team, Michelle and Marquis were nothing but absolute super stars. Tanya’s valiant effort to call me back as soon as I wanted to look on a Saturday set the entire tone of us wanting to come here. She was polite, quick to respond, and helpful beyond what most people would do. During our entire time of trying to work back and… forth to get everything ironed out it felt like the entire team was in our corner helping us along the way and doing what they could to get us a place here, especially on such short notice. I could not have asked for a better Leasing team than the one they have here at Elevate. I look forward to my time here and will enjoy knowing that the leasing team will always be there when we need them at anytime.

Your Home & Your Paradise

Look no further. Your home awaits.
Living in this community has been everything and more for my husband and I! It’s a place where you feel like you’re living on a resort managed by an incredible staff.
I appreciate the leasing office. April Angel and Marquis work so hard to make sure all resodents enjoy living here.
Food Trucks, game nights, paint nights are just some examples on how this community wantsypu tp enjoy.
I love it here and you will too

Overall- not a clean safe community

rude management ! They do not care about their tenants. Loud noise and neighbors all hour of the day and night, trashy breezeways, German cockroaches inside, a lot of theft, horrible smells, things are always broken, outdated, broken blinds in tenants apartments that make it look horrible, no parking for residents living there. Just overall poorly managed and not keep up.

Should be better

What kind of place insists on electronic front door key with a fab but won't replace the battery before it dies and your locked out of your own apartment waiting hours for maintenance?

peace and fresh

This apartment is really nice. All the amenities as well. People are really good and you can be in complete relax . I love Summerville and this area is so beautiful. The manager and all the people working on the leasing is extremely helpful.
