Summer Wind

Have really enjoyed my time living here. People are inviting, the amenities are really nice, the units are high quality, and everything is convenient. One issue is the insect issue. I wish fans were to be put in every building, because there are often bugs outside my door every morning.

Shawn and Bobby are the best. I do, however, have issues with the number of vehicles that are parked that haven't been moved in forever. Especially over by the maintenance building

Great service, I put in a work order for maintenance to come and fix my appliance. And the first response was first thing in the morning soon as the office opened up. I really appreciate the fast response because they saved my food from spoiling.

When I first moved here in 2019, I loved this apartment complex. The staff was friendly, management was professional, and the property was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill over the years. Frequent management and staff changes make it difficult to know who to contact, and the cleanliness of the property has declined significantly.

Many buildings have unpleasant odors, hallway lights often need replacement, and the dumpster areas are frequently left overflowing… and messy. The overall appearance of the community is not what it once was.

The one positive thing I can say is that the maintenance team works hard and does their best to address issues. I hope management takes steps to improve the property, but based on the current conditions, I am hoping I will not need to renew my lease this year. Read More
