Rent is too high for water bill to not be included. Things has been broken since move in which was April 12,2025 it’s June 13,2025 nothing has been fixed. Other than that nice apartments.

my apartment is infested with with roaches and all they’re doing is “spraying”. These maintenance ppl suck
