Amenities are worthless

The office closes at 5:00 and if you try to get there at 4:30 they kick you out. And the pool closes at 5:00 too. You wouldn’t want to swim in it anyway cause it looks disgusting. The laundry room is not taken care of and nowhere to sit while waiting for your clothes.
Anywhere else would be better to live cause they seem to not know how to do their jobs at the front office. Just don’t move here.

Great complex and amazing leasing agents

I have nothing but great things to say about the ladies that I've worked with throughout the whole process of moving into this complex. Everyone there is doing there best to get people moved in as soon as possible.

Legit!!!

This business is legit. I just left the office from talking to Marquieha and she explain to me the process and EXACTLY what is going on. They are still in the middle of building and there is a waiting list. They do not pull your money for the application unless they are about to process you on the waiting list. They only have 16 units up as of now. They are working out a very small space and the entire time I was in there, they were answering the phone. So, thank you so much ladies for… clarifying for me.

Dont fill out an application

They will not answer. I’ve tried to contact them many many many times about the apartments and setting up a time to tour/talk about them but absolutely nothing. ANYBODY WHOSE READING THIS… DO NOT FILL OUT THE APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE TALKED TO SOMEONE FACE TO FACE. They’re going to take you money and not respond.
