Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. House rules include running dishes through the dishwasher, piling towels in bathrooms, leaving bed sheets on beds, discarding all food from the refrigerator and cabinets, disposing of all trash in outside receptacles, turning off all lights and appliances, setting the A/C to 74 degrees, and closing and locking all doors and windows. The pool is open from 9 AM to 11 PM, with no glass or pets allowed in the pool enclosure, and children under 12 require a parent or guardian. Do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies. No portable grills are permitted on balconies. All garbage should be secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters. No flammable fluids or hazardous materials are permitted in units.
