Step inside Jen's Bay Retreat to find dual downstairs master suites with king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort for everyone. The main level features a cozy living room with ample seating, a 55" HDTV with premium cable, a fully stocked kitchen, and two screened porches. Upstairs, discover a second large living room with a sleeper sofa, two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and more porch seating.
Optional rentals include super light, durable backpack-style beach chairs and custom golf carts available through the Guest Portal at booking. Public parking is available for about $10 per day.
Located off Glenn's Bay Road, a golf cart-legal road with a 30 MPH speed limit, The Retreat at Glenn's Bay is just 2 minutes from downtown Surfside, offering delicious eateries and nightlife. The new Surfside Pier, with its restaurants, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access, is just a mile beyond. Three grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, are within a 10-minute drive and accessible by golf cart.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 8, including children, as per fire code. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Each unit has one parking space, with additional parking available in overflow areas. Please follow the checkout policy, including running the dishwasher, piling towels in bathrooms, and discarding all food and trash. Lee mas
