Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Checkout is at 10AM. No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure. No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian. Please do not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. Portable grills are not permitted on the balconies or patios as this is a fire hazard. All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpsters provided in the building parking lots. No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units. Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc. No boats, trailers or oversized vehicles shall park in the community lots. Must be 25 or older to book.
