Absolutely Stay Away

Property is not maintained. No landscaping is done around property at all, only front entrance. Renovation are a joke. The apartments were giving a face-lift and nothing more. Same old 50yr old apartments with drafty windows. Poor management on the property as well. Shop around.

Grandby Oaks apt

We have been living here for almost 2 years this coming Augiust. We absolutely love Granby Oaks. All of the staff have been wonderful. It is refreshing to live in a place that is well maintained and the rent is reasonable.

Under New Owners - Beware

Recently Granby Oaks Apartments have been bought by new owners. If you have seen the website for Granby Oaks they are saying newly renovated apartments. The apartments have not been renovated but given a long overdue face lift. The new owners immediately raised the price of all units by at least $400. The property manager that was there for 10 yrs just gets up and leaves. Their renovations are very much lacking. They did add stainless appliances but you still have a electric stove with… coil burners. Cutting corners. The cabinets were not replaced or upgraded, there is not a microwave provided. The word "Renovation" is very lacking and empty. Just be aware of what you are getting. And you can be assured that when your lease renews that initial $400 increase in rent will go up significantly. There are many people leaving the property at this time and not renewing.
