Stoney Creek Highlands

I recently moved out after living here for a year. The people at the office are always there and they are nice but sometimes I would get frustrated by how long a basic maintenance request can take to be done which isn’t there fault but it’s frustrating when I had the same thing “fixed” 3-4 times. That being said the repairmen were always willing to explain their process and gave me tricks to keep it from happening again, which usually didn’t happen but I digress. I moved in after COVID and it was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance staff was incredible and as were the staff in the office. The complex was purchased by new owners a couple of years ago and basically everything has gone down hill. Snow removal is nonexistent, the mail system is a joke. They nickel-and-dime you for everything now. It’s no longer the nice complex it once was. There’s not many options in Rapid but if you can find something else I would recommend it. We will become residents this weekend. We are relocating from Illinlis. I can not give the wonderful staff of this complex enough praise. They have gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make this move as easy as possible. We are excited to become residents of this beautiful complex and look forward to meeting others.

I've lived at Stoney Creek Highlands for about 2 months now. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and it's gone better than I could have expected. There are so many amenities for residents as well as multiple community events each month where they serve dinner or treat us to ice cream. The three individuals in the office have been incredibly kind, helpful, and clearly take their jobs and the residents' satisfaction seriously. :)

As far as apartments go, this one has an outside... entrance to each apartment with only 5 other apartments close enough to see your neighbors consistently. It's quiet, calm, and I've enjoyed it so much. Read More

Waited 3 weeks to get denied over a petty misdemeanor charge from over 7 years ago…..like really. It’s also more expensive to apply than any other apartments around here. Super disappointing we had to wait this long
