The place is very frequently dirty in common areas. The pool table had broken sticks like all year and the felt is tearing. Had my guitar stolen and they wouldn’t check the cameras for me. There’s a hidden clause in your lease agreement that you lose half your security deposit on carpet cleaning so they don’t have to do it themselves, just save your money and go elsewhere less trash management and greed.

24 hour POOL is open 24 hours and the party room/activities room is open to Residents and ALL their guest. Don't forget to PARK on the side street when ALL the parking spaces are taken up by the guest of the RESIDENT. You can pick up your own beer cans from the young adult pool parties Otherwise complex is low key but there's alot going on here....

Pinnacle Point deserves 0 stars. Hopefully you never need anything fixed in your apartment because it will take begging and pleading and over a month to get anyone to even get back to you for a fix you could do in minutes. If you ever have to call the cops on a domestic dispute, don't because Pinnacle will blame you for getting involved even though your pictures are flying off the walls and your cabinets are opening because the neighbors are banging and slamming on the walls. If you want your... security code to get in the building it will take a year and then some. And we have this really cool tool where it can call your phone but they don't know what phone number calls you, so again you are waiting for them to get back to you so the number can be unblocked. Again, I have been waiting over a year and still waiting. We have a ton of break-ins even when your cars are locked and property is put safely away. We even pay a maintenance fee for security that is not taken seriously at this property. Hopefully you don't own anything of value because Pinnacle will do absolutely nothing about these break-ins and you continue to pay for security in a place where nowhere is secure. Lastly, having and onsite manager doesn't mean anything because they leave early, not available in the office when they say they are, and chose to hire others that cannot answer any question without guidance.
