Not for rent.

One of the worst apartments I have lived in. Would not recommend to others. Multiple reasons for my rating. I asked to have my deadbolt lock changed as it would not lock and was told it was a $70 charge. I had to leave my apartment unlocked for several days till it could be looked at by the maintenance person. I asked if I could put it in my self as this is a simple 5 minute job. The apartment manager was rude and told me that this is the 4th time I was told that it needs to be addressed by… maintenance before anything could be done. Maintenance attempted to fix it 4 times before it finally would lock but not without slamming the door and lifting up on the knob before I could get it locked. I gave it and just dealt with it from that point on. Upstairs neighbor was loud. I occasionally have to work nights and would sleep during the day. Apartment manager would not address. I was glad when they moved out so I could finally sleep before my night shifts. As I said, I am glad that I am out of that dive and WOULD not recommend IRET apartments to others.

love my home

I really like my home. This is a great location living space Is a great size. I love having a breakfast bar. The staff are great at getting issues taken care of asap..
