I just moved in with my roommate and I have had the easiest and most welcoming. experience. I have already had a chance to enjoy the pool with my grandchildren and they had a blast.

Community is always kept clean and well maintained with grass mowing and mulching. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The one and only thing I need is a handicap ramp to walk up at my apartment. It would be very easily done by removing the rocks from the area and pouring concrete into the area that is currently being used for a tree. I have had a lot of medical problems and it is very hard for me to step up and down without almost falling. However I still love living here!

Wonderful staff. Great location. Happy to call Vintage our home. Very convenient location. Walking distance to the greenway and stores and short driving distant to anything g else you may desire.

Apartment noise is unbearable

This apartment complex should be a 5 star location! Awesome amenities, great location and beautiful apartments. However, none of that matters if you can’t sleep at night because the apartment above you is constantly doing noisy things (bouncing balls to their dogs, jumping around, etc). I don’t even really blame the people above as I just think the construction is so bad that you hear every single noise between floors. So unless you want to live on the third floor I do not recommend this... complex. I had to break my lease because I couldn’t get a good nights sleep and my dog was a nervous wreck from the constant noise above us.
