We love the location and amenities of this apartment. Maintenance is rarely needed, but when it is it’s effective and efficient. Our main complaint would be the trash service.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Icon at Hardin Valley Apartment Homes. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite parts is how dog-friendly the community is — my dog and I both love it here! There are great walking areas throughout the complex, which make daily walks enjoyable, and the dog park is such a huge bonus. It’s obvious they put thought into creating amenities that residents actually use and enjoy. Overall, it’s been a great place... to live, especially for pet owners looking for a comfortable and convenient community.

My experience since moving into Icon Apartments at Hardin Valley has been largely a positive experience and an enjoyable time. The community is typically quiet and friendly with a great maintenance crew and office staff. I would definitely recommend living here.
