Since moving in January 2025. Everything has been great from the office staff maintenance, and all of the amenities. The apartment itself is amazing too with great views.

We used to love living here. The front staff has changed over and are not near as good. We went with this complex over others because of the non smoking policy and the amenities. We have seen multiple people smoking on property in the past few months and management is doing absolutely nothing about it. The property also used to be really well kept and clean. In the past 6 months things have really gone down hill and been forgotten.

We have been at Icon for over a year now. Our experience has been overall great, but we do have a few complaints regarding noise and trash. We constantly hear our upstairs neighbor, which has caused disturbance issues. As for the trash, the trash service people have sling our trashcan around, sometimes not picked up the trash, etc…
