Horrible company, owners, crew, and discusting place
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY. The whole community is filthy and with a trash heap as you drive through the front gate, which attracts rodents, cockroaches, and other nasty pests. During the Nashville snow storm of 7 days there was little to no relief done from the company, we fought for ourselves while many had to go to hotels and stay to survive the freezing temps. We all had lost a substantial amount of money, discovery provided no relief and the staff showed zero care for the livelihood... of their residents, many got evicted with zero remorse. We could have had help with rent at the bare minimum but that was too much for our millionaire owners of the company, a clear message was sent then about how they feel about their residents. The agents and manager in the office are complete airheads who can’t retain or properly document anything you ask of them or tell them. I’ve had 2 instances, one stemming from the fact that my vehicle was stuck in the garage with no power, no key as it was an old lock, and no documentation that I needed it out even though I was told the manager would tell the locksmith and I’d be on the list to get my car out. Fast forward the next day and I get no call as promised about my car and the locksmith went past my garage. The manager had failed to write my info down and do her job. The last instance was when I had told them that I was moving out, I had told the leasing agent that I left the keys inside the apartment when I had moved out. This information apparently went right past both ears for the agent as she claimed we never spoke about a 2 month notice nor did we talk about what to do with the keys when the office was closed on move out day. The leasing agents are improperly trained and aren’t able to give all the correct information. Had the agent showed some passion and care for her job I may had not been charged last months rent, but her failure to have any passion for the job led me to pay costly fines for it, all because they aren’t able to turn the room over now this month. RENTERS BEWARE, ESPECIALLY NEW RENTERS WHO CHOOSE THIS AS YOUR FIRST. THE OWNERS, AGENTS, AND MANAGER COULD CARE ANY LESS FOR YOU THAN THE DIRT ON THE GROUND. IF YOU ARE UNFORTUNATE AND THIS IS ALL YOU CAN CHOOSE, THEN HAVE EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND WRITTEN DOWN AFTER YOUR CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM AT THE OFFICE, THEY WILL FAIL TO DOCUMENT AND CALL YOU A LIAR WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON NOT DOING THEIR JOBS.
