Love this community. Everyone is super nice, including the neighbors, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Anytime I need maintenance, which is rare, they are very responsive. Highly recommend!

The leasing office is very nice and attentive as well as the maintenance, they are nice on the inside and good size townhomes and I like the fenced in patio the back. I don’t have much complaints sometimes people park in my spot but the complex doesn’t control that. It’s overall quiet and a very nice neighborhood.

While the units are very nice appearance wise, I've run into nothing but problems since moving in and no sense of urgency to remedy them. I've even been holding back on submitting tickets for every issue so as to not seem annoying but it's getting ridiculous at this point.
