This complex offers a very pleasant, quiet, and well-maintained residential environment. The common areas are well cared for, and the location is quite convenient. Management is usually attentive when support is needed. Overall, it provides a comfortable and elegant living experience.

Vintage 1857 is a beautiful property overall. The downside is I’ve seen several residents walking their dogs unleashed and not cleaning up behind them (outside and recently inside building 1). If it can be avoided, I would not choose a unit below the top floor. Several noise complaints have been filed. The staff was really attentive at first, but now no phone calls or emails have been acknowledged. A lot of kids are unsupervised, running through the halls. Babies screaming.
