Gone Downhill With New Management Company
After the old management company switched property managers 7 times in 2 years, RAM Partners bought out the complex earlier this year. It has gone downhill quickly since then. Management rescinded the ban on personal speakers at the pool, resulting in extremely loud music being played from multiple speakers nearly every evening and all day on the weekends, to the point residents can’t hear their own televisions in their apartments. In addition, they got rid of the 24/7 courtesy patrol and... replaced it with a contracted security patrol that is only available from 8 pm to 4 pm and does not answer the phone when called. They also stopped enforcing the parking rules, resulting in cars without permits taking all of the parking near the buildings, leaving residents without close parking. Other than the main entries to buildings, the hallways are often left unswept and unmopped for months at a time. The positives are that the office staff are typically extremely kind and helpful outside of these issues, and the maintenance worker that has been at the complex for several years remained on staff and is always helpful.
