New Home!

I took a tour while I was browsing apartments so that I could move out of my parent's house. I always drove past and decided to take a look and I love it! I saw the model room and loved the architectural aspect of the space! The amenities are also very nice, I love that they have business spaces. Randy gave us the tour and he was awesome! He has been great at answering any questions and concerns I had. Can't wait to call this place home!

Proximity to Interstate

Apartment was great! Speedy response to repair tickets. Our air conditioner went out and they had it fixed the next morning. Office staff is friendly and responsive to any and all questions. Loved being able to walk to Dollar General. Package room was a nice feature - didn't have to worry about packages being left outside.

Be aware that if you have an apartment close to the clubhouse/pool you will have a difficult time finding parking spots at certain times.

The proximity to the interstate is… convenient but is very very loud since all the "cool" guys feel the need to rev the engine down Burkitt and I-24 all night.

Never had issues, the fleeing office has always been super helpful and goes above and beyond to help out their residents!

Great Place!

The property and apartments are beautiful! The leasing team was extremely helpful and polite. Hopefully I will be able to call this place home soon!!!
