3343 Memorial

The apartments are clean and well appointed, the staff is very friendly and responsive, the grounds are well kept, parking is great, location is fine (a bit noisy at the corner of a couple of major streets) but lots of convenient stores and shops.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Poor communication, RUDE staff from the office up to corporate. Mice in and around the homes but nothing will be done about it.

We recently leased an apartment at 3343 Memorial with Kevin. He was great to deal with and went out of his way to help us find the right apartment. Other apartment complexes that we looked at made it seem like they were doing you a favor. We will be leasing long term there for our son and feel safe with people like him running things.

They will tell you you are paying for a luxury apartment with countless amenities, but being able to hear every single thing your neighbors do is not luxury. They will tell you it is simply day-to-day noise, but countless nights without sleep from noisy neighbors is indicative of the opposite. A courtesy officer that doesn't answer your calls or concerns is NOT luxury. The list is endless. The office staff changed several times during the 3 years I lived there, each more lazy than the last. The... current office staff was informed of all of the pet waste on the property. Pet owners pay for the doggy DNA service where they can determine whose pet it belongs to and be fined appropriately. The complex refused to have the pet waste tested because "it costs $70 per sample." Keep in mind, this is a SERVICE THAT EACH PET-OWNING TENANT PAYS FOR, BUT IS NOT UTILIZED. At the point i drove up I almost felt like I was in a more urban city like part of town. I met the property manager and instantly felt at ease. I am in a wheelchair and she provided the best tour experience. She moved chairs out of the way and opened doors for me without skipping a beat in telling me about the property. I was very impressed with the apartment tour of my future floor plan. I am excited to live on the top floor!! Hopefully I will have a much better noise experience than I... have at my current apartment complex on 1st of 3 floors with paper thin walls, ceilings and devices on each door to make them slam all hours . My cats are going to love the sunroom and no dogs trying to eat them through a open window trying to get some fresh air. Hopefully we will be making new friends too!
