good property but issues
I really like the building. It has a lot of charm and is super close to campus. The workmen are super nice. My problems are mostly with the management and one safety concern.
1. Theres a homeless man that lives in the parking lot and screams at night sometimes. The other night he was screaming at nothing and punching the air.
2. The Wifi constantly goes out. During finals my studying kept getting interrupted by the wifi going out and this is constant.
3. Walk2Campus expects you to decide to... continue your lease in November. The lease is a year long and starts in August?
4. This is incredibly minor but the apartment is just old. The heating/ac doesn't go to all the rooms evenly, some appliances barely work, and the floors creak.
over all I really like my apartment, but these are things I'd want to know before I rented.
